Do you want to be part of one of the most rewarding experiences that RUFDC offers by coaching a team in the Junior League? You do not have to be an elite player to coach. We are looking for motivated individuals who want the opportunity to help high school students learn the game that we love. If you have never coached, don't worry, we will be providing some resources to assist you. The season will run from early May until late June (approximately 7 weeks). Your commitment will be one game per week (Tuesday nights) and one practice per week. On top of bringing the joy and spirit of Ultimate to our youth, RUFDC also provides coaches a $100 honorarium.

2010 U23 World Championships |

Ultimate Canada is looking into the possibility of sending teams to the 2010 U23 World Championships taking place in Florence, Italy from July 19-25. Our attendance is not guaranteed and is dependant on domestic interest, the commitment of international teams for each division and whether a national team program can be operated fairly given the time constraints. In order to gauge interest and plan our program we need the feedback of eligible players (born in 1987-1990) and interested coaches and team managers. If you are an eligible player interested in competing, please fill out the following survey by February 24th, 2010.

Hello RUFDCer's! Regina RIOT 2010 is fast approaching (May 22-23) and we are now accepting submittions for the logo contest. Here's your chance to show off your artsy fartsy side and have your creative talents showcased at this year's tournament.
